The case / bag was old , dusty and faded.Even if it were washed it would still not look new . No complaints regarding the glass containers, they were cute!Returned it.Was very disappointed…..

Cleaning is a issue for the lid. Cannot give it to maid, will have to do cleaning yourself. Liquid items with oil floating (Indian style vegetables) sometime leak out if not handled carefully. Broke couple of jars during washing but exact replacement jars easily available in market hence good to have product.

There were no space for tissue paper and spoon. Even I posted complaint for this, I got refund and borosil lunch bag returned. Then I reordered the same still received the same as before ..

Quality is not good, the gasket for one of the three tiffin was torn within a month during wash. For the rest two, even though gasket is intact, they are not getting properly closed
