I received this products in damaged condition. The box was also of normal cardboard. Hence, I did a little bit of digging as to how the bottle looks. And it turns out that the one I received is a fake one as it does not have the "24hr hot and cold" Printed on it and the box is also fake.

After 10 days of using the bottle. Hot Water starts cools down with in an hour. Also outside body gets hot which should not be impacted whether water is hot or cold.Thought of buying the CELLO brand but product is not worth it.
