I am using the flask primarily to hold cold water and I am not disappointed by its performance. The flask keeps the water cold for 24 hrs and beyond, even if kept in a hot environment. The use of steel for the inner chamber is a big plus for the health conscious. The flask also has not leaked.The overall construction is solid and has held up well to normal rough use. It is, however, noticeably heavy at a quarter kilogram when empty, which must be considered if it needs to be carried around a lot.
