For Amazon and the Seller: Thank you Amazon and the seller for the prompt service! I found that the first delivery had a missing part and had Initiated a return. I was promptly handed over a new product and the old product was picked up. For the product: 1. Does not leak, spill when overturned: By far the best reason to buy this product. Transitioned to this from a Philips Avent sipper which can spill when overturned. Since this does not happen with the new Straw cup, its easier to manage especially while traveling. 2. Durable product: Has already survived many falls. 3. Straw is easy to use for the Kid. Adjust the straw inside the bottle if required based on the position and it will work just fine. It will be easy even if your child is trying this for the first time. 4. No Smell from the product (1 week of usage) - only intend to use it for Water. Trust this helps! -AK

I started using this bottle when my baby turned 1yr. I prefer to give juices in this bottle as it is easy to hold and suck. Above all, this bottle doesn't drip the contents even tilted. Very handy for the baby .

After trying a lot of nipple fitted bottles including Philips Avent ones, we thought of buying this one as my 8m old was only chewing the nipple fitted bottles and never tried to drink from the bottles. We decided to give the straw-type bottle a try. We were skeptical if our kid would drink from this or not and about the softness of straw quality as he is yet to get teeth. But this bottle is amazing and the kid loved it. It is very easy for him to drink from the bottle. Though the bottle is not 100% leak-proof but it doesn't leak much. The straw is very soft for kids without teeth. Easy to use and easy to wash. Thanks, Philips Avent for another awesome product and thanks to Amazon for great delivery within few days of order even during the lockdown.
