I found it an amazing product for pg/ hostel students as it keeps the milk or any liquid hot for more than 12 hrs. No complaints at all. But before storing any hot/cold liquid make sure that u fill the flask with hot/cold water atleast for 15-20 mins as this could help to retain the temp. of the flask b4 u store any desired liquid into it .Happy to use it daily with no hassel. And yes the product is an original ones no doubt about that.
