It is leak proof, is made of very thick glass and as far as you handle it like it's made out of glass, it's pretty durable. The only gripe I had was about the narrowness of the bottle, can be a bit difficult to put hand in to clean properly.

Very poor built quality. The lid doesn't stay on if you give it the slightest tug. Quality of glass is on par but the lid is too bad making it virtually useless, unless you want to use it to plant vines
