If I was not too chicken to get my lips tattooed, I would have permanent color on my mouth, but I am a great big sissy where needles are concerned. I like the look and feel of this but I have yet to try anything that does not disappear in an hour.

still waiting for a lasting stain

I thought finally a lip stain that will give me that gloss look. But there just isn't enough color for me. I actually wear lipstick under it & then put this on top. It helps to give that glossy look. But I don't know that I would buy it again.

Great idea but not enough color

I really love this line. The stain is much more subtle than the color sample shows, which I like. I can stain with Caresse and then apply gloss throughout the day to touch up.The down side is that it's sticky at first, that would be the 'shine' part of it. I wish they'd make this as just a stain and not try to add in the shiny gloss.I bought this because I'd read some good reviews on make up blogs and wanted to try it. I would recommend it to a friend and plan on buying more colors.

Subtle long lasing color

I saw the commercial for this product and decided I'd give it a try. Maybe I'm not alone in my quest for the perfect lip color/gloss.... This one comes pretty close to perfection for me in several key categories: 1) long lasting color lip stain 2) that won't transfer 3) maintain long lasting moisturizing 4) long lasting shine/gloss without becoming sticky. I gave this 4 stars because the glossy shine didn't last and the color stain went just after the gloss. For me the whole application lasted intact for approx 2 hours. While this is a great start, I'd like a product to last at least two times longer to be a true value. We women don't want to be constantly reapplying our products.

i like how it feels on my lips but i'm a Latina w fair skin and i feel that my lips look the same with this on. i do like it but i ended up giving it to my mom the color was the color of my lips i was hoping for what was in the image. i was disappointed. if you lips are just a little bit tinted already naturally i suggest go for a different color

not true to color

Smells old ladyish, but not a huge deal. i don't mind that it goes on sheer (the color is buildable). doesn't feel sticky when going on. after maybe 20-30 min however it does get super tacky on my lips. really didn't like it. wears off and leaves a nice pink stain. eh. i'll use it but it won't be the first thing i reach for.

The color is great and I love how it goes on, but it's gone in no time flat - just seems to disappear. For that reason, I'd almost give it two stars, but I *really* like the color and feel. If I can find another company that makes teh same color with greater wearability, I'm in!​

Nice, but doesn't have staying power

I was eager to try this product since its being promoted on several beauty vlogs. I applied it over a lip color because by itself it's too sheer. The first application of the day it was fine, but after wearing it & re-applying it, it stayed tacky. It's fine initially, but its not what it's hyped up to be.

Stayed sticky on my lips

This lip stain goes on nicely and stays on for a reasonable amount of time--a few hours. I like the color and will be using this brand for a long time to come. I like to put a top coat of lip gloss on after applying this lip stain, just to keep my lips glossy, but when the gloss wears off the color stays which is nice since I can't be reapplying my lip gloss all day. I don't think you will be disappointed.
