Advantages

Excellent Stahl quality. The product has a classy look, and is sturdy and looks durable. I already use one of Stahl's kadhai, so this is my second from their stable. My only issue is their every product is sold with a lid. Small Indian kitchens don't have space for a collection of lids, unlike Swedish homes!

Awesome kadhai. Very good sturdy build. I have only one complaint..the handle of the lid gets really hot while cooking. I have burnt my hands a few times because of it. Stahl needs to correct this flaw..

Advantages

The sparkling silver finish vanished almost immediately after I cooked something over the flame. Ive got used to the discoloration now. But otherwise the pan is well made, the handle is insulated from heat and I have no other complaints. Use it regularly.

I love this Kauai. Calling it my favorite breakfast kadai. I was compelled to write this review after using for 2 months.1. Very easy to use while cooking since it has long handle on one side. So you can hold and stir without handles getting hot.2. The other short handle has a silicon space so its easy to lift even while its hot.3. Size is ideal for a family of 4 or 5. Its deep shape is ideal for Indian cooking.4. I do most of the breakfast in this kadai, so its easy to serve in the same kadai. No need to transfer. Even kids can hold and serve themselves.5. Cleaning is easy since it doesnt stick much. I have made gravies and curries too. Whatever sticks comes off easily while cleaning.I would say its a damn good investment. Fully worth the price. Go for it.
