It is very good product. I have been using this for my baby from the day he was born. It is very gentle and doesn't harm the skin of baby. Since it is mild, it won't be able to fully remove the odour of milk stains on bibs. But it's mild smell is very pleasant.

When I opened the refill sachet the detergent consistency was little more than water. The bottled one was thicker... I don't know why there is a change in quality

Such a waste product. I bought the same product in bottle and that is so thick and smells so good but refill packs are worst. It is so watery and doesn't even smell good. And cleaning is also not upto the mark. They are Fooling customers.
