this is not a silent sweep clock as advertised, this is a basic clock with tik tik sound. i would not say its a great clock, design wise its good. rest the regular clock

I have purchased this wall clock Oreva (Ajanta) from Amazon on 21.10.2022 and it was successfully running but from 16.06.2023, it has stopped working after replacement of new battery also. Since the clock is still under warranty, may I request you for replacement of the clock. In this regard, I have also send an email to customer service on 17.6.23 in reply customer service advised me that an associate will be in touch in next 06 hours, but nobody contacted me. Your valuable guidance is needed. Thanks.
