There is a manufacturing defect with the lamp shade, arrived damaged.For the first time you cannot return it - only replace, did that and it arrived damaged again! ( the image attached is of the second time)Now I’ve initiated return but zero contact from Silkrute and no one is here to pickup the return. Very disappointed

I had ordered it since I was shifting home and thought of this lamp as a nice addition to my new home but it came defected… I was super busy with work and shifting that I didn’t opened until now and when I called the electrician to see and start it he replied …that it is broken and now I have lost my money and return window is closed… my suggestion do not buy it

Lamp is pretty good at its price! Ceramic base is solid and structure is also good. Shell (cloth) of lamp has scope of getting more premium and neat. Just one thing, give instructions that what kind of bulb is suitable for this size as ring fit bulbs are needed and size of ring of bulb is also you need to know by yourself after exploring markets. And whoever packages it, please be more gentle, your tight packing can bend the structure and leaves few marks on tue cloth. Overall product is really good. I bought 2 and both are good.
