When I found this lip balm that claims to be organic under Rs. 200, I was quite pleased. And it was actually quite good; lips stayed moisturized for hours and had a nice subtle vanilla smell. So, pleased with the purchase, I reordered as soon as it finished. But to my dismay, this time it was greasy, didn't stay long and smelled like rancid oil. When I talked to the amazon customer care, they said they were unable to help as it was a non returnable product. So I spoke with the Bella Vita customer care but they they didn't really 'care' and were quite dismissive. So, here's ANOTHER Indian 'Organic' brand I'm done with. Also, I'm into perfumery and I don't get the hype about their 'quality' clones. I just tried it this week for the 1st time and I wouldn't even wear it for free.

I was not sure if I should buy this lip balm or not but it's totally worth it. Scent is very good. It smells like Butterscotch which is one of my favourite smells. Sometimes it smells like I'm eating Ice cream. Very moisturizing but not much glossy. Came in good case. I totally loved it. It's gonna last 5-6 hours and it all depends on if you're eating or smudging. If you're looking for a lip balm with a good smell. Just go for it.

I unpacked my product and found out the upper cover is chipped my only concern is the cover will loose it's grip after sometime and then it will cause a problem. Otherwise everything is good.

The brand really needs to either work on lipbalm's texture or packaging. This is very moisturizing and nourishing lip balm, the only con is it melts like butter and is hard to apply.
