It's been days i bought this product. I heard that retinol will be dead if exposed for air for a minute. This packing is in such a way that if it is opened all the cream gets exposed. I think tahts the reason why it doesn't work at all. More over the greasiness is making cream too heavy. I feel that some oil is all over my face and neck. May be go for other retinols whose packing is pressable

if u wanna have it work 200% then buy Cetaphil moisturizer or any other clean moisturizer,at night,wash ur face and pat dry,aply Cetaphil then Play Retinol DON'T TAKE MORE THAN A PEA SIZED AMT and then again apply Cetaphil
