I was diagnosed with a medical problem on the face which were causing lots of acne and roughness of the skin. The dermat recommended a steroid cream, after which they would go away only to come back a week later.Fed up of it, decided to use this face wash from Himalaya and the problem has just disappeared after 3 washes. PROS??The delivery was good and the packing was awesome.The brush heats up quickly and the LCD display helps a lot.The material quality is also Ok.CONES?The Effect only last for short period time.You will have to use it more frequently.After straightening if your hair gets wet it turns back to normal.Another issue is that ,it doesn't even get near your scalp.Only consider it if you have thick and long hair.Comparing with the plates it saves lot more time.But it dosent get to the scalp, as the plates due to its thick and budded ends.I hope my review helped.Thank You.

I have been using Himalaya facewash for more the 5-6 years. And most of the time I ordered from online.This time I was in Bihar, so product came from West Bengal. And I can clearly see the product is fake. The water and soap are floating seperately. Some soap particles are became so thick that they are not even dissolving. There are so much unusual air bubbles.Purchases like this made me loose interest in online shopping. Totally disappointed. I am traveling back soon so can't even retur it. Have to use it for some other purpose. Can't take the risk to use it on face.
