I have not got a genuine product.Having finished 3 bottles of earth rhythm water gel face wash, I know how the consistency of it is supposed to be and also that this product does not have fragrance. I have always bought this product from earth rhythm website/app. But this time I ordered it from Silkrute. This particular product that got delivered in to me from Silkrute has a different consistency and has fragrance which has caused lil bumps all over my face. Just to confirm I ordered the same product from earth rhythm app which got delivered yesterday and I have got product similar to the first 3 purchases of mine with the expected consistency and no fragrance. Very disappointed with Silkrute. We expect better from you. I am not looking for a refund or anything. Just want Silkrute to be cognizant of what has happenedNote: Giving it stars was mandatory for me to submit this feedback and hence given 1 star just for this delivery of a fake product. otherwise I rate it a 5 star for the original product in question.

I carefully went with the ingredient list. There was no mention of fragrance. So, I trusted & brought this face wash. But, when I used it, I found out that it contains heavy fragrance which is not listed. There develops a trust issue with this particular face wash.
