The instructions state to use it with rose water. First tum I used it with malai and my face burned like anything. After washing...my face was all red. So I went and bought rose water for the next tym thinking that it was becoz of malai. Then again I tried using it with rose water....again same thing happened...my skin burned and I washed it off....my face was all red.....i felt burning sensation....so clearly I had had very bad experience with this product. I bought it bcoz of the ratings and it being a herbal product had a impression on my mind. But it didn't work out for me. So I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
