It's not just blue but it is royal blue. Not much resistant to water but stays put if its not a vigorous facewash. The golden one doesn't have that much of consistency and gets removed just after touching a little or sprinkling a little water in the eyes. It requires few more strokes once dried. Colour of both blue and golden is lovely though. I am happy with these trustable products.

This liner is truly magical and so beautiful. I’ve tried many blue, glittery blue, liquid liners and not one of them has the same popping and bright vibrancy like this one. No matter what your preferred liner style-whether classic cat-eye or a slim black line-the liner brush can do it easily.Yes, it does take half a minute or so to dry, but the trick is to not layer the liner on your lid, but to use thin strokes. I’ve worn this liner while in the rain, in the gym, while crying after reading about the death of Fred Weasley, and this damn liner doesn’t budge, ladies. Honestly, my relationship with this liner has been more reliable and enjoyable and meaningful than any romantic relationship I’ve ever been in.I’ll continue to buy and wear this liner till the day I die, or till it’s discontinued, whichever’s first.Seriously. I am a fan of the black lakme liner whi ch comes in the same packaging as this one.So I went ahead and bought it too.What I love:Affordable:You get such a good quantity in just ₹100 which is amazing.Electric blue color:It is not navy blue but electric blue unlike it appears in the image. It is ofcourse not misleading because the color is really pretty and looks pretty on the eyes as well.Longetivity:It actually stays for all day long unless ofcourse you rub your eyes or cry or get wet in rain.Felt tip liner:One good thing about these liner is their brush which helps you get the perfect wing( if you are a fan of winged liner like me)Water resistent:No, it is not water resistant and will get wiped of once you get in touch woth water.Also, I feel its a great buy specially when you compare the prices with other brands blue eyeliners, the starting range of which is around 400-500, because it does its job well.

Lakme Insta Eye Liner - Black - Water Resistant.This Eye liner is by far the most budget friendly Eye liner that you can get in the market. It is not smudge proof, It is WATER RESISTANT and not WATER PROOF, and it is not long lasting but inspite of all this it is a GOOD EYE LINER . I will tell you why,1) It is bufget friendly2) The product is of great quality - i have had times when the liner went in my eye but dint hurt.3) The brush tip is pricise which lets you experiment and also get a sharp tipped wing.4) The black shade is not too opaque.5) It is great for first timers, - i learnt applying eye liner with this .6) The quantity - my God!! liners 5 times its cost offer only 2.5 - 3 ml. but this little bottle will last you for long time.7) Good for your eye lids, Because it is not water proof so it comes of easily which means you won't haveto scrub your eyelids which causes wrinkles.So, all in all i might not wear it to a party, wedding or date but i definitely wear it everyday at home.
