I am suffering from external piles and fissures. The gel doctor gave did not make me feel better. Started using Jatyadi oil and Kailash Jeevan cream after sitz bath, when all hopes faded. I took Piles matrix for month, it did help a little, but after a point, I did not notice any change. Doctor told surgery as anus was narrow. I went to Homeopathy doctor and currently on medicines now. The Jatyadi oil healed my fissure, I have also changed my diet. Haven't done surgery. The oil works. It is not local anaesthesia, the result shows its effectiveness.
