If you have ACANTHOSIS NIGRICANS PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS ,instead it gives pimples on application area.There is a difference between ACANTHOSIS NIGRICANS and discoloration due to sun tan,friction etc.l have ACANTHOSIS NIGRICANS on my neck with dark velvet type patches. if you have this type of dark patches please don't buy ,this would not work.Firstly consult your dermatologist for finding underlying causeI think this would work for sun tan , discoloration due to friction etc.Misleading by false information on description ??.

IMPORTANT:I have not used it long enough to write a review about its effects, but for those to whom this matters, it clearly states on the product that the patent is pending.There can be many reasons for this, and they don't have to be negative, but I do not like experimenting with a product without an official patent yet.That is a personal choice, but it is not addressed in the reviews. If it matters to you, I hope this helps.
