The cream or lotion is very thick. I wonder has the quality affected and became thicker bec the delivery was made in hot summer time and the package was too hot ??. It should have been a bit more wetter. The lotion gets hardened on the nosel ??even if we wipe it with finger, so every time we get some hardened cream from it. The quality needs to be improved.
