The dentist recommended these brushes for the in between hard to reach spaces in the mouth. They have been amazing. I was given the pink stem one by the doctor as a sample and I ordered the thermoseal after research. Boy! are these better. Pros 1. Longer brush head so good for molars and difficult back teeth 2. The bristles are thicker than the stem one 3. The tilt of the brush handle is at a better angle so it was easier to manoeuvre Cons: 1. All these brushes are a little tough to get used to. Will recommend
