Really really good. Helps with all the aches and pains and soreness after a workout. I wasn't a big believer in using foam rollers but once I started its the best thing for me specially under quarantine when I can't go for massages yet. My back and hamstrings feel so much better.

I wanted it to use my leg exercise for knee pains. I needed a soft but firm flexible foam block, the description announced that it is a super soft foam block.But it turned out to be made of Rigid foam, hard as a block, maybe it suits some other purposes. Misleading & inadequate descriptions caused this mismatch. I had to return the product.
