Tried to purchase several items with multiple orders from Silkrute. They were quite helpful providing me with the status and availability. One product that was not in their inventory, so they special order it for me. The packages arrived on time and intact. Pidantak oil was a very fresh batch along with maha Narayan oil and Patanjali’s chyavanprash. Some items I can get in my town - but most of the time they are old or expired. I am extremely pleased with their email and online support. Keep up the good work.

Excellent Customer support and very fast service. The only reason I gave 4 star is due to the packaging of the oil bottle. The oil bottle leaked and the oil was all over packaging material and other items. Overall I am very happy with the service.
