BPL-120/80 BT02 Blood Pressure Monitor stopped working with error code "E02" in eight months after purchasing the product. As it was in a warranty period, the customer care officer registered the complaint, and I was asked to courier the machine to the service center. It was couriered, and after one month with several follow-ups, the service engineer sent me a faulty machine as a replacement. Thereafter, I reached out many times to the service engineer and customer care, but no luck. They mentioned no stock for this machine, as this model is very costly. I would strongly recommend not to purchase this product. Their SERVICE IS FAKE and they make a fool of us.
