The product has good fit and finish. But the main reason to buy it was to have long lasting hot pack but this one doesn't last long. The packaging says to not heat in microwave for more than 2.5 mins but in that time even at 900 MW it doesn't heat up like other hot packs. Even if you microwave it for 3 mins , the heat last only for 10-15 mins but not longer. I like the shape and size of pack so it's easy to use but the overall objective is not solved. On top of it product is not returnable so kinda stuck with it now

It is not doing it's purpose. Cooling effect lasts only for 30mins or less. Price is too high and my bad there is no return.... :((

This Ashweda pack is for the both the shoulders but can use it for a single shoulder by placing it vertically. The stitching is very good and there should not be any leaks. There are grains inside and I guess it's wheat as wheat hold heat for longer duration and is used from ancient days. While heating in a microwave make sure it's not heated more than 3 minutes else the wheat can become cooked or burnt. Also while heating place a cup of water inside the microwave non a glass or microwave safe cup. Also do not reheat immediately, allow it to cool down completely so the wheat become burnt upon reheating. The effectiveness is superb and far better than water based hot and cold packs. This shoulder pack is quite heavy so if a lighter one is needed check the square hand pack. My dad uses this for his shoulder after physiotherapy and i use it when I get a neck and shoulder pain upon long hours of working on laptop. The only con I find is the pricing, it's a bit on the higher side, should be under Rs.800. But very satisfied for the effectiveness part
