Advantages
Used for 3 months now. I was expecting at least plus minus 10 than actual lab reading. Sometimes gives that reading but many a times reading difference is high (40+, 20+) even after checking with gap of just minute. It's totally misleading.

One day 1, we checked the product with the same blood sample which was sent to lab. Reading came much higher.Regarding the Silkrute support, when I pointed this issue the customer executive mentioned that they will provide “special refund” by June 26 (right after return window closed) and not to raise the request on online portal.Now, I am being told that there was no such conversation happened and no record of any such discussion. So, beware, if you are buying this product, get checked on the same day and raise return in case of high results.

The product is defective. The lancet doesn’t prick the finger and I have tried it multiple times. I wanted a replacement but it is not getting replaced. So basically it is own luck if the devise works. Otherwise you money is completely wasted. Thinking of buying another brand from a local chemist rather than online. It feels like deliberately it is not replaced as this way they can cheer customers. How can you pay and receive a defective product and then not even replace it
