I love this brand. My hair can be really sensitive, but I thought it was worth a try. I got it at a local outlet first, well before COVID and that was a mistake because I found myself looking for an affordable way to buy it after (because it does tend to be a bit more expensive than some shampoo) but the price went up, so I tried a different Sulfate-Free Shampoo. (A Suave one.) My hair didn't react well at all. I'm back to L'Oreal. I've found it fairly interchangeable between this one and the other also sulfate-free variations of L'Oreal, the big difference being scent and that this one helps develop my curls a lot more. (Don't get me wrong - loose beach curls, not perm-style curls. The thickening variation of this shampoo smells amazing and is really hydrating, but it leaves my hair flat instead of curly. So it all depends what you're seeking.)

Like the product. Didn't like that whoever cut the packaging cut the top of shampoo bottle and I didn't see it until I squeezed it in the shower and it all came out

My favorite feature with this product is the ease of use!I have severe arthritis in my hands. Other products are to hard to squeeze for my hands. I can easily open this cap and gently squeeze the tubeMy hair is naturally curly, and it leaves it perfect when it is finger combed and air dried

I have thin, fine, colored and frequently heat treated hair. After losing 35 kgs, my hair started falling out so I started an aggressive regime of biotin/collagen and vitamin supplements. My OGX shampoo always left my hair so thin and frizzy and finally I decided to try this shampoo out of desperation. I have stick straight hair and yet...from the first wash itself my hair was shiny, smooth and bouncy. It's been a month now and this shampoo continues to deliver. I would highly recommend and I'm so happy this was one of life's happy little accidents!
