The packaging was good. At first use, a slight turn opened the pump bottle. it's hard to close it airtight. To close press the pump all the way down. while down, turn the nozzle clockwise until the nozzle stops. the pump should stay locked down. while closing you will end up dispensing some shampoo in the process so its recommend to lock it while dispensing it for use to avoid waste + mess. They should find an easier way to lock the pump or provide a cap for it.About the shampoo, it gives mild fragrance and silky air. And I could not find the pH level of this shampoo anywhere which needs to be between 5-7. I bought 650ml but 350ml is better to keep it fresh.

This shampoo is especially for anti-hair fall. it reduces hair fall from breakage.First of all, I loved the fragrance, it's, mild and good. I loved using this product as it blends easily and is smooth. it makes hairs, smooth, silky and dandruff free. the speciality of reducing hair fall and dandruff is something I loved the most. it moisturizes hairs well.The shampoo is as good as it gets, helps in reducing the hair fall and repairs your hair to an extent.This anti-dandruff hair shampoo is gentle enough for everyday use, even for colour or chemically treated hair.overall, I would recommend everyone to use this product.

Go blindly even if you have a chronic dandruff (means if touch anywhere on your scalp you find large dandruff flakes). The ZPT in shampoo helps to get rid of flakes. It does not turn hair white. Tricky is to use it for a week or two continuosly everyday. Moreover, in every wash let the shampoo stay in your scalp for 5 min to 10 mins (candidly I never had for so long as I never felt of taking long baths and wasting so much water, keep for couple of minutes) and then rinse it off. See the magic in two weeks of continuous usage. Reduce oil usageon your scalp for those two weeks. Get rid of dandruff, it is a personality and image spoiler and will protect from baldness.

I was super excited when i placed the order of Head and Shoulders Anti Hairfall Shampoo, coz it is a new launch but when i received the package my excitment converted into dissappointment coz the bottle cap was little loose and most of the product was spilled in the box...immediately i dedided to return it but unfortunately it does not come under return policies....this is the first time that i am dissappointed with Silkrute's delivery. Kindly check the product before dispatch to avoid such accidents.Now coming to the review of the product.
