The bottle wasn't sealed when arrived. Amazon had a return policy which makes it hard to figure out if any mixing has happened or not prior to arrival. Request you to seal/avoid return for such items as customers can be fooled easily.

I have been using this conditioner for more than a year now and it suits my hair, but the product I received from Amazon was a fake one, I thought it doesn't suit me anymore but when I bought it from store it was working just fine..never buynit from Amazon. Best option is to buy it from Forrest Essentials site.
