I bought the product after reading the recent positive reviews. I was looking for a shampoo which can make my hair shiny and smooth, which didn't happen after using this. I will not say that the other reviews are incorrect maybe it's just different for different types of hair.

I got this shampoo trusting Biotique as a organic brand. Just in three uses it caused a lot of hairfall such that my scalp was visible and also it made my hair unmanageable with lot of tangles. It caused lot of dryness as well which made me repent a lot. Since I bought 650ml bottle I felt to use it patiently hoping that it is taking time to adjust but then out of fear of losing all hair I stopped using this shampoo immediately. I have frizzy, dry hair but this shampoo added a lot of dryness even with conditioner it got worst.
