I used this shampoo and every time I noticed lot of hair fall. My hair became too sticky, fuzzy, unmanageable after use of this shampoo. If you want to loose all of your hair then only use this worst shampoo. I have thrown half filled bottle of this shampoo. My overall hair density reduced that much hair fall happened due to this shampoo.

I will give it 3 star. This shampoo is not so effective for my scalp. It makes hair so hard, but cleara scalp with cooling effect. May be it will perfect for someone with different scalp type. But the price is so affordable.

1. Packaging was a joke! Sealing was just a paper wrapped on top with shampoo leak all over the cap!2. I have been using Himalaya Anti Hair Fall & Dove Intense repair before biotique, both of these used to remove loose or weak hair from scalp! Especially Dove! Biotique on the other hand feels really mild compared to them.3. Scent is not that intense & hair are easy to clean with less water compared to Dove!Biotique~Himalaya>Dove
