I received this product today and I never expected it to be packed like this.The product I got was leaking even when it was sealed.I had ordered all three products together and received 2 of them today (shampoo and serum).I don't know about the quality of the product as I'm going to use L'oreal products for the first time. I hope for the best !!

I received the item today but the bottle was almost empty of its contents. The product is non-replaceable. So beware!! You will pay the full price for not even half of the quantity of the item. And they won’t pay you back the money, because that’s how they earn. They trick you. Hilarious how this turned out. The company needs to have better deals than this... being world-renowned and all. We can see how you trick your customers. Giving them half empty bottles and making them pay the whole amount without refunding once the product turns out to be faulty. Well played!!
