I held off writing this review because I wanted to use this product for a while and then see whether it gives results in the long term and let me tell you, it doesn’t disappoint. I have super dry hair and an even dryer scalp (I’m not kidding, I apply 60-70 ml oil before a hair wash because my scalp absorbs it all and I still itch!)I’ve tried a lot of hair and scalp masks including a lot of oils for the scalp and hair and invariably, once I wash my hair, the scalp feels dry by evening. All that changed once plum became a part of my hair care routine.I always use this as a pre-shampoo mask and leave it on for about an hour and then wash it with a shampoo. My scalp isn’t dry anymore and neither is it itchy. It took about 15-20 days (applied the mask twice a week) and within 10 days, the quality of my hair improved and the scalp isn’t dry or itchy anymore!I now use this just once a week because I feel like my hair and scalp isn’t dry enough to use it twice a week anymore. Definitely worked for my hair and dry scalp, hope it does for yours too :)P. S. - I know it’s not a pre-shampoo hair mask, but I use it as one and it’s worked great for me.

It's a protein and moisture balanced mask. Got the genuine product from Silkrute. Great for your hair if it likes protein, but also budget friendly. Best part is it is CG approved! Add some water to strands after application for better slip. Like this very much and will definitely repurchase.

I was using conditioner in my hair from past 15 yrs....and so my hair became to much damaged bcoz off chemicals.....I skipped conditioner from 4th of April and using this mask after shampoo...hair becomes smoother tangles free and more manageable....... loving this product.....hope it reverse my damaged hair to normal

Good for low porosity hair. If your hair is not used to the paraben SlS free hair products you might face hairfall at the start as your hair will take time to adjust to the new products. But don't get upset I would say it is totally worth it. I've started using it instead of my hair conditioner (TRESemmé Keratin Smooth) and it has really made my hair very less frizzy over the past 2 hair washes. It is really important to know your hair porosity in order to use apt products for your hair. You'll can do hair porosity test at home. Just Google it. I was earlier going to purchase the Olive one as I used to think that Olive makes our hair soft and silky. Yes it does but it isn't advisable for people with low porosity hair. As olive oil is more on a heavier side than the lighter oils like jojoba, almond oil. Avocado is one such ingredient that is super nourishing and light for hair. So definitely give it a try.
