What does it do? Just give some fun feeling on your tongue. Any nutritions? Traces. Better take proper tablets with consultation from a professional doctor. This fad of strips, candies its all useless. I did not find any use of there strips.

Have used Now Foods earlier which are way more expensive however wanted to try this one nd it tasted good. But don't know if it is effective. Coz i know extracting vitamins is an expensive process. Plus there is no third party certification to prove that whether a product is what it is. However give it a try if u can't afford now foods.
