Low dose of vitamin D, K which is good and safe to be used for a 30-60 days but has very high dose of vitamin A, fat soluble vitamins generally if we are not treating deficiency but for general wellness then we should always take below 100% RDA, vitamin levels in our body increase very quickly via supplements compared to food and we should be careful because too much can lead to toxicity and health issues.

I have been using D3 and B12 melts from 8-9 days, both the products are good and easy to consume.D3 melt is but sticky and you have to actually pull it from the foil, where as B12 is like a small piece of paper which does no stick to the wall of the pack and can be taken out easily.Now, each melt comes in an individual plastic packing, so with this everyday I am generating two plastic wrappers, which I beleive is not right. Looks an innovative approach compared to typical capsules, but definitely not environment friendly.Now let's talk about pricing, it is very expensive product. I bought this from Cred store where both B12 and D3 packs were for just 370 rs. If you like this product, I would certainly reccomend buyinng from Cred during sale, max you can order 6 units.

BTW why isnt there a zero star..Taking it from 3 days, it appears that it does nothing...The appearance of melt strip and its Taste reminds me of a chewing gum...Its gluiee.. sticks to the packaging and difficult to pullout and consume..Leaves a wet tissue like residue after consuming.. doesnt melt 100%Moreover the packaging authenticity takes a hit when the sticker from was already half removed.Well im gonna continue consuming this as I scent on it and cant return it now.. but I dont recommend this to anyone.
