Smell is bad and somewhat similar to the cow dung, but it's mild maybe this is how real "shilajit" smells.Regarding ingredients, the overall details is not mentioned only "shilajit" is mentioned.Regarding effectiveness cannot comment now as, it is 10 days dosage considering 20 tablets in the pack.Lets wait for 10 days and then if I see any effects will update the comment...till then ??Update: It is indeed effective and has improved stamina and energy levels, highly recommended for anyone looking to improve the overall stamina.Regarding dosage I took one tablet dissolved completely in a glass of water after meal. I took this after breakfast.Overall easy to use great product ??

Good product shilajith resin is so effective for me. You have to take 1 or half an hour before excise.. Effervescent tablets realy don't working for me. My stomach feels bloated.
