I used this, it's healthy, and I can definitely say it has a positive impact on my energy levels. I feel more energetic and alert throughout the day, which is fantastic. However, there are a couple of aspects that I'm not too fond of. The taste is not particularly appealing to me, and the color is somewhat unsettling. Despite these drawbacks, the benefits in terms of energy boost are quite noticeable.

Smell is bad and somewhat similar to the cow dung, but it's mild maybe this is how real "shilajit" smells.Regarding ingredients, the overall details is not mentioned only "shilajit" is mentioned.Regarding effectiveness cannot comment now as, it is 10 days dosage considering 20 tablets in the pack.Lets wait for 10 days and then if I see any effects will update the comment...till then ??Update: It is indeed effective and has improved stamina and energy levels, highly recommended for anyone looking to improve the overall stamina.Regarding dosage I took one tablet dissolved completely in a glass of water after meal. I took this after breakfast.Overall easy to use great product ??

Very bad taste, you will keep vomiting. The after taste is also bad. I have tried Shilajit raisins and tabs but nothing gave such bad after taste

Bought this as a recommendation as the effervescent was a new format of shilajit and boy was I wrong. The tablet bubbled and fizzed like it was boiling when I dropped in a glass of water however when I drank it, it tasted like a mix of aged beef and a moulded leather belt. Smelt like it too.60 mins later my tastebuds and inner throat started to burn and have lost taste sensation ever since. Please do not buy this pure shilajit fizz tablets and stick to the normal resins

I tried it it melted in water like disprine and relished a smell that can be smelled after 30 minutes and also test like burned rubber if test can be improved the product is good packaging is also very good

Good product shilajith resin is so effective for me. You have to take 1 or half an hour before excise.. Effervescent tablets realy don't working for me. My stomach feels bloated.
