Growing up we were used drinking turmeric milk as its know for its health benefits - however I find this so much simpler.. Sri Sri Tatva is a brand I know I can trust -- they have the highest standards of purity, vegan and natural.I find taking 2 tablets a night so easy with warm water and lemon. I feel more energized in the mornings - when I wake up and its a fabulous natural immune booster. I feel the absorption is definitely more enhanced than some of the other Turmeric tablets I have tried.Love the addition of black pepper --

This works well to assist in pain relief and sore muscles, this works great to provide additional support with a over the couter pain reliever, I was able to take less of the over the counter stuff along with the tumeric, but didn't find it strong enough to take care of the pain and muscles by itself. I like to have the natural healing path and am glad I got it.

I got these pills because I tried drinking golden milk (coconut milk and tumeric, basically) each night and it was more than I could really handle. These pills make it easy to get a daily dose of tumeric. I don't know if it actually helps my joints or immune system, but it seems like a decent natural option and doesn't hurt. I was a little disappointed that the pills are powdery and quite a few of them in the bottle were broken, but it's really not an issue as I take the broken ones anyway and feel like it's probably a good thing as it means there aren't as many additives and binders to hold the pills together.They seem like a great alternative to the golden milk that was unpalatable for me in the long term. I can deal with one more pill. In these days of COVID and all, anything that might boost the immune system and have a positive effect on my joints is good as far as I'm concerned. So I'm taking one each day.

Easy way to get a dose of tumeric

Per doctor's orders I've been taking a turmeric supplement (always with black pepper additive) for the past 2 years of so. When I first started taking it, I noticed a fairly dramatic decrease in my pain level (bad back with two surgeries). At one point, about 6 months ago, I decided that I was taking too many pills and stopped with the turmeric. Mistake. Immediate increase in pain to the point of not being able to sleep well at all. That brings us up to the present. I've been taking this particular brand for the past 3 weeks and although it's difficult to say how well it's working I can say that my pain levels have not increased. I assume the efficacy has remained the same. I would not hesitate to order this brand as a replacement for my normal brand.

I really like this supplement because it reduces my joint pain after I do my daily exercises. But it does a lot more since it’s anti cancer and anti inflammatory and it’s organic. It also contains pepper extract that enhances the absorption of curcumin.
