Though it has not reduced my BP as expected, it does keep in under control. Most important, it completely cured my slight headache, which used to be present all the time, (which I thought everybody has). I take one pill of 500mg in the morning after breakfast. I also take one 500mg Ashwagandha after dinner. I believe that the herbs should not be mixed and taken, I believe that at a time only one herb should be taken.

After six months of taking this medication, plus daily 40 minutes walks, there was no reduction in my cholestrol levels.
