The real bramhi is Bacopa leaves, this contains gotu kola. If you are really searching to improve your brain functionality. Please buy the one which has bacopa leaves extract. Gotu kola realieves you from some metal fatigue may be.. but this is not for your mental fitness. Please be aware the ingredients. I see that the most of the information on the bottle is incorrect. They used words like supports, helps which is misleading and convincing.

Yes. Centella asiatica increases micro circulation in the brain, but beware, even if you have 1-2 capsules for more than 6 months, it is known to cause reversible hepatic stress and irreversible high frequency hearing loss.Do not have for longer than 3 months. Give a break for 1 month, to allow the body to recoup , and then restart for another 2-3 months.All Ayurvedic medicines are not free of side effects.
