This probiotic worked really well for me. I used to have irregular bowel movement and I'd have to go to the toilet 4-5 times a day, but just after using this for about a week, I noticed that my bowel movement is normal now. I only need to go now one time a day and usually in the morning. I also used to feel quite bloated and that was also addressed after I started using this product. I did some research and found out that the best time to take probiotics is in the evening before going to bed (at least 1 hour after the last meal) as that is when the digestive system is less active thus keeping the probiotics alive longer in your system.

I’ve been taking these for a month and put in another order for next month which must mean it’s doing something for me. I’ve noticed bowel movements are quite regular now which is a huge plus for me. These probiotics also improve gut health and add good bacteria in your guts which is good for digestion. I am prone to breakouts so I was surprised to notice my skin looking a lot cleaner meaning I haven’t noticed any new acne on my body. So far so good with these probiotics. I am interested to see if this will continue to benefit me in the months to come. I’ve tried many different probiotics and I am liking this one for sure! These capsules are easy to swallow and value for money.
