I’ve had creatine like regularly for a couple of years but I like having changes so i saw this flavoured creatine, at first it was amusing but honestly it’s a waste of money do not get it , I’ve not seen changes in my lifts and I went from taking 1 scoop to 2 scoops where as other bands 1 does the jobIt’s been at-least about 25days or soIt’s more like bcaa with ton loads of sugary drinkAnd since creatine doesn’t really dissolve in water ans leaves a slit grinding on the teeth plus it shimmers in water but there’s nothing as such in it.And since I’ve been on creatine for years I do know the feel and taste of creatine in the mouth.To be honest it’s a no no for me
