Completely useless and misleading...reasons: a) our daily requirement of b12 as adult is 2.4 mcg, this tablet contains 1mcg(on box they say it is 100% of daily value which is cheating public with false information)... b) in allopathy tablets minimum b12 tablets are 500mcg in which 2% will be absorbed by body that is 10mcg per day, it will help cover b12 deficiency in our body in two months.... C) once your body has enough b12, it will remain in your body for 3-4 years to completely exhaust b12... So it is wise to cover up our b12 deficiency in two months and we can discontinue tablet usage...no need of daily dose like they advertise like Patanjali... D) i cut the tablet capsule and saw that inside was a herbal powder, and outside was, i personally feel and believe that the tablet capsule was made of PLASTIC, which is dangerous to allow in our body... This is absolutely useless and dangerous for our health, i even didn't felt good after using the tablet for 7 consecutive days... So i stopped consuming this and continued with allopathic b12 for some days...
