Been using from last three months to increase the milk, didn’t had any side effect yet and I think it may have helped in increasing milk though I am using other dr. Medicine, this one is compliment with those.Please follow instructions mentioned in the bottle i.e to have before meal orelse if u have after meal you might end up having bad bitter fenugreek burbs.
