Advantages
Using it from 1 year now, no other good options are available in market today at this cost for Casein protein. Using for the times other than my post workout shake, add it to Oats and other shakes for fulfilling my protein intake. The taste is OK, not that great but as stated no other good option at this cost right now in market.

Excellent source of protein and quickly helps recover from general weakness and fatigue after any illness. And, even though I have dairy allergy, I could take it without any problem. I just made sure to take it an hour after breakfast so my stomach was not empty. It tastes just like banana milk shake. As some people had pointed out that it does not dissolve easily, so I simply blend it in a blender for a few seconds with water and it turns into a frothy smoothie like shake. I would highly recommend it for everyone, specially housewives, elderly people, and students. It's better than whey protein because miceller casein protein has 80% of the milk protein, while whey is 20%.
