This is a good option when you have tight budget or just need a protein to boost the muscle building. I'm using it with creatine. So I'm satisfied with the results. Alone the quantity of protein may be not so much. But as I said, it is worth the price you pay.I haven't faced any issues till now. The digestion is proper. The taste is nice. But the sweetness may not be liked by all.
