Very good product. I actually liked the flavour. The taste is not so bad. It takes its time to show results. After the usage of two weeks we can feel the difference. We can lift more weights. I would recommend to use it before workout. And also take a whey protein after the workout. It will give results.

This is creapro which has the purest form for creatine(creapure) and you can read all the info provided by MB on it!! It read certified from Germany or something I don't know but it's a great option to upgrade to after using the normal creatine by MB only cuz MB provides the best products/suppleys!!" No cap!! I already have a review written about it's creatine!! This one has the same 3 gms of creatine per serving so I guess this one has a 3 gram of serving unlike HMB which is from MB itself which I used but didn't buy it from Amazon !! It stand for creatine beta-Hydroxy beta MethylButyrate!! This one comes in a total of 250 gms which will last you a long time!! Unlike the normal one which is only 100 gms or even HMb which was 125 gms!! Definitely go for it not recommended for first time users they should use the normal one first in my opinion not forcing anyone not to buy It but yeah it you want to who am I to stop you go for it!! Just make sure so dont consume creatine HMB normally either consume it with a juice or protien powder cuz it tastes awful Thanks to amazon for delivering this wonderful purity of material to me and MB for crafting it!!

I've been using all kinds of creatine powders. This time I thought giving a shot to the creapro. I'm not sure if my body is not accepting or there's some quality issue with this. It also doesn't dissolve in room temperature water. As I opened I did not issue for a return otherwise I would've done that. Taste is good but causes nausea after drinking and 40% of the powder is always undissolved.

I have used this product for a month & I found it effective but one thing I didn't like about the product is its mixability. Which is not good. So if any one want to buy creatine i would rather suggest you to go for fast & up craetine. It might cost you a little bit more as compared to MB but the mixability of fast & up product is so good as it provide micronised powder.
