It's good in my book. If you're starting creatine cycle give it 2weeks to start seeing results. It's not magic powder. It doesn't work right away it takes at least 2 weeks to start seeing strength gains. But within 5 days for me I started seeing an increase in my strength and increase in reps but not drastic.. It's not steroids so don't expect absurd gains like some idiots who claim it doesn't work. Also increases ur muscle size cz of the water retention. Go for it but don't expect super amazing results.

i have started it taking 2 weeks ago....no loading phase, just started with the normal 3gm dosage and i m feeling some extra strenght inside me, though hardly i have seen any increase in weight( maybe due to the skipping of loading phase).....i will again write my review after having full one month course. Update:- i stopped taking creatine as it didn't gave me the desired result but 2 months back i thought about giving it an another try and holy shit! this time it actually worked wonderfully i can literally feel that my muscles got bigger tho its all water weight but still the swole feel is really nice, i started with the normal dose of 3gm/day and i must say its really effective i just finished one container and ordered another one and seeing the results i decided to continue taking creatine until forever XD

I have used Creatine once in past. Felt its just a placebo. Been doing some serious gyming again since past 2 months and decided to give Creatine another shot. The effects Blew My Mind! It's a genuine strength booster. I can feel my enhanced endurance and strength in my workouts. The effects are noticible - probably within a week use. Tips on how to use: I didn't follow usual protocol of loading-unloading cycle. Just took a scoop in morning - comes with box. Remember: Drink lots of water. If you're not peeing at least 5 times a day you aren't having enough of it Monitor the color of urine. It must be clear.
