After using this product for nearly more than 10days as single scoop provided with in box. I have improved in lifting heavier weights , more strength, long staying in gym , little bit muscle mass ( because of lifting heavier weights ) ... This product is not for mass , actually used for strength ... According to my notice.. I am not a body builder , fresher gym going boy... I am an intermediate level of gymmer ...use this product for better strength and long staying in gym .

After lot reserches,I got this product . This is best pre workout supplement . Before I was able to manage 20+20+10 kg bech press but after using this for two days I can be able to do 25+25+10 kg bech press . This is best supplement instead of l -arginine ,go for this citrulline malate . I am very new to gym but I think m sure this supplement works best .

Little known fact about Citrulline Malate that it helps overly anxious and road ragers. Dont expect wonders but it does reduce it. Research it on google. Also it may cause bloating so beware of it and split your doses. 6 grams is the recommended dosage , and split it 3g pre and post workout if you have stomach issues. Either way do your research as every body reacts differently .

It worked well for me, but not for my friend as expected. May be I have a slim body, with body fat percentage about 11-12%, whereas my friend's body fat percentage is about 17-18%. He required multiple dose for the same effect.
