It must just be my system, but this Blissful Sleep product just just puts me in overdrive and I stayed awake till 3 or 4:00 in the morning, after nights of this I decided to stop taking it as it was making me worse off than before and almost no sleep. I switched to a Dutch Sleep juice product and the change is unbelievable. I take a tsp. at bedtime and fall asleep in half an hour to an hour and sleep right through. No more waking up and can't go back to sleep. Your product may work for a lot of other people, but no for me. Thank you. Shannon
